Want to hear a secret lesson I learned this year?
It wasn’t the secret ingredient to the Crabby Patty(which I think is crabs if I remember correctly).
But there are 10 things I learned this year. It was more than 10, but I kept this episode to the most 10 impactful things that I have learned.
In truth, the lessons I learned are helping me shape 2022 already. One of the most important lessons I have learned is to protect my energy. Especially in the workplace.
See, at your job, you can’t control co-workers or your bosses. Can’t control who sleeps with whom causing favoritism. And you can’t control how certain people have to follow rules and others don’t.
Point is, let that energy go. And focus on what you can control to achieve the results that you seek for yourself.
That is just 1 out of the 10 lessons.
